Description

The International Office is looking for current international students to assist with delivering our upcoming Orientation Information Seminars in Semester 2.

As a volunteer, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new international students, helping with the declaration process, giving directions, handing out information, answering questions, and assisting with ID checks and document delivery where needed. For this semester, you will also take some students on a basic tour of the campus – full training will be provided.

Training:

A full training session will be held on Friday 3 July from 10am-12pm (approx. 2 hours) at the Clocktower. You will need to be able to attend this training to participate.

Seminar Dates:

Orientation Seminars run from Monday 06 July to Thursday 09 July. Each session lasts up to two and a half hours, including up to one hour of setup and support before the seminar begins. Tours of the campus would be 50mins.

We’re looking for volunteers who can commit to helping at a minimum of three seminars across the five days.
