International Congress of History of Science and Technology

Purpose

ICHST held every four years, is the world’s premier meeting for history of science and technology.

Description

The 27th International Congress of History of Science and Technology will be held as a hybrid in-person and online event at the University of Otago’s Dunedin campus in June-July 2025. They’re looking for volunteers to help make the delegates and speakers feel welcome and looked after. Volunteers will assist with way-finding, speaker support and general information. They will have a congress team of staff who will brief volunteers and be the key point of contact throughout the congress. The congress will be in the Link.

Requirements

There are no formal requirements for this role, just be welcoming and friendly!

Time commitment

9am-5pm throughout the congress. Volunteer for 1 to 6 of the congress days
